Pet Policy

Superheroes Keep Everyone Safe

All self-respecting superheroes strive to ensure the safety of others. We at Fido's Festival USA® want to keep all guests and their dogs as safe as possible. For the enjoyment and safety of all, the following Pet Policy MUST be adhered to at all times.

  • Only socialized dogs can attend the festival. If your dog demonstrates unfriendly behavior to strangers or other dogs, your dog is not socialized and cannot participate in the festival.
  • Aggressive dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the fairgrounds. If your dog exhibits signs of aggression or causes issues at Fido's Festival USA®, the dog will be deemed a safety risk and will be asked to leave the festival. No refunds will be issued; however, you may return to the festival without your dog.
  • All dogs must be under the control and visual observation of their adult owner (18 and older) at all times. No dog can be left unattended.
  • All dogs must be on leashes at all times no matter how friendly the dog.
  • Retractable leashes are not permitted.
  • Owners must clean up after their dogs and properly dispose of the waste. Doggie waste bags are conveniently located throughout the festival grounds. This rule applies to all areas of the festival including the parking areas.
  • All dogs must have up-to-date rabies shots. Dogs should have their rabies tag visible at all times.
  • Dog Owners must report any accidents to first aid, police, or security services immediately.
